37x12.50r18 Over 40k and still going strong, several thousand left. Only complaint is road noise after missing a a couple 3k rotations between oil changes, but minor compared to other aggressive tires I've ran on similar HD diesels. Would 100% buy again and recommend.

Full-size 4x4 pickups can really benefit from extra ground clearance with a lift kit and oversize tires, and that’s where the Falken Wildpeak R/T01 comes in. The Wildpeak R/T01 is surprisingly civilized, though — this tire has a hybrid all-terrain/mud-terrain design that delivers dependable traction off-road without sacrificing road manners, ride quality and noise levels on the pavement. The Wildpeak R/T01 is tough and tenacious when the going gets rough, but it’s still a great tire for daily-driver duties.
So what makes this tire so exceptional? Let’s get into our Falken Wildpeak R/T01 review and see if it’s the right choice for your truck.
Features and Benefits
As a rough terrain tire, the Wildpeak R/T01 is meant to offer better off-road performance without sacrificing on-road comfort. Here’s how the tire does that and more:
- Aggressive shoulder features protect the tire’s sidewall from rocks and debris while boosting lateral traction and enabling it to claw out of ruts and crevices
- Hybrid mud-terrain/all-terrain tread features high-contact-ratio center for maximum contact with the pavement
- Heavy-duty casing design resists damage from punctures and cuts
- Tread blocks feature step-down design to minimize tread squirm for offroad use and towing
- DURASPEC 3-ply sidewall with high turn-up
- Good self-cleaning of mud and debris
Available in 16” to 22” sizes, the Wildpeak R/T01 is backed by a 50,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty.
Pros and Cons

Like most Falken tires, the Wildpeak R/T01 has more strengths than weaknesses:
PROS:
- Generous tread life warranty
- Can be used aired-down for rock crawling
- Surprisingly decent ride quality and road manners
- Very tough and durable
CONS:
- Noisier than some might like, although not as noisy as a mud-terrain tire
- Only available in black letter sidewall
SimpleTire’s view on Falken Wildpeak R/T01 tires
Falken has a winner with the Wildpeak R/T01. It’s a great hybrid of mud-terrain and all-terrain performance, with materials and construction that can hold up to the roughest punishment and still keep coming back. Falken is still not a familiar name to many drivers, but that doesn’t mean they’re a second-tier tire when it comes to design and performance, and the Wildpeak R/T01 is proof. If you’ve got a 4x 4 truck with a lift kit and you’re looking for a great tire for on or off the pavement, the Falken Wildpeak R/T01 is a strong contender.
Vehicles the Falken Wildpeak R/T01 is a good replacement tire for

Able to be used on- and off-road, the Wildpeak R/T01 is a great choice in a replacement tire for drivers of vehicles like the Chevrolet Tahoe, Dodge Durango, Ford F-150, GMC Canyon, Jeep Wrangler, Nissan Pathfinder, RAM 2500, or Toyota Tundra.

Simple tire shiped quickly and I received my tires within a few days. Now the tires, these Falken LT/rt o1 's are one tough tire and the ride reflects just that. I have a 2023 Ram half ton and I felt I had no choice but to change the struts and shocks because the ride was so harsh, not a problem I just put Ibach on it and have no complaints. Dry and wet handling is good, they have a hum, but it is not obnoxious. In the dirt the tire blocking cleared themselves of debris and mud fairly well the tires only have 2800 miles so I cannot comment on wear... Yes I would recommend these tires with caution if you don't need an aggressive all terrain tire don't buy one because it looks good or you will find yourself spending 2K or more to get your ride quality back.
I upgraded from the Falken AT3W to these RT01s. They have done great in dry conditions and excellent for off-road use. No major issues in the rain. The road noise is noticeable but not much louder than my old tires. They're a great purchase for highway and off road use. The load range D makes for a stiffer ride but you should know what to expect buying pickup truck tires in the higher load range.
Have put 13,408 miles on these tires with close to 8k towing my enclosed car hauler. They get great dry and wet traction with little road noise. I inflate to 50psi and have little sidewall flex which keeps me stable towing at 75mph. They look great which is an added bonus and the tread has hardly worn since I've had them. Will for sure buy another set when these wear out.
Simple Tire was an absolute joy to deal with. I ordered the tires on a Saturday night and they were on my porch Monday morning.
I have about 2k miles on these tires so far. I have used them in all conditions and they have exceeded my expectations. How noisy they are is one thing I thought would be an issue, but for road noise, they are about the same as the OE Bridgestones. Ride is stiffer with the lift in addition to the 10 ply tires with 3ply sidewall. I keep the pressures at 38psi cold. On my 5th gen 4Runner, I plan to continue running these tires. For this segment, they are great and pricing is awesome. Should last at least 40k miles based upon current tread wear and use on pavement, gravel, and offroad.
Bought these tires from Simple Tire and had them installed by a shop they contract with. Worked out great. Tire has a stronger side wall than the A/T which will help carry my artic fox camper. This is a new design tire (2021). Designed with computer technology. They did good! Tire looks tuff. Just a bit more aggressive than the A/t version Tire makes no road noise that I can hear from inside the cab. Seriously! No mileage loss either. Had Road Range tires from Les Schuab on before. Have about 1000 miles so far.
