Tires are good EXCEPT they are very difficult to balance. There is a lot of shake when driving about 55+. The tires have been road force balanced and they still shake pretty bad. Cannot afford any other tires so I just put up with it and hope it does not ruin my other driveline and steering components.

Whether it is deep mud, dirt, sand, gravel, rocks, rain, or snow, you can rely on the Tamarock M/T to drive you through with greater confidence and control.
In this Arroyo Tamarock M/T review, you get detailed information on this aggressive-looking mud-terrain tire. These insights will help you learn about the tire’s performance, features, positives and negatives, vehicle compatibility, and several other details.
Features and Benefits
When you choose a mud-terrain tire, you have certain expectations like the tire must have an aggressive and off-road compatible tread design, it must be able to self-clean and maintain traction on challenging traction, it must be durable to resist the chances of cuts and chips, and last longer. The Tamarock M/T is very much alike and has various features that provide all these capabilities.
- Aggressive off-road performance – The Tamarock M/T features aggressive silica tread blocks for enhanced off-road performance in conditions like mud, snow, and rain. Additionally, the tread of the tire gets the optimum ratio of rubber and void, which ensures excellent driving performance. Additionally, the rigid central blocks with detailed siping also boost the tire’s gripping ability.
- Better self-cleaning ability – The tire features a special stepped edge treatment that removes dirt from the footprint while driving in extreme off-road conditions. Its larger sidewall lugs are designed to self-clean the tire, ensuring additional grip on muddy and rocky terrains. In addition, the strong center blocks of the tire are made to resist the damage, which is caused by stone build-up.
- Solid durability and better damage resistance – The Tamarock M/T is great when it comes to durability. The tire is optimized for wearing and stabbing resistance. Its aggressive sidewall design prevents the tire from damage and improves grip while driving in deep mud or off-roading on rocky terrains.
- Optimum hydroplaning resistance – The wide and deep pattern groove design of the tire improves the anti-skip performance while driving in wet or light snow conditions. These grooves evacuate water, slush, and snow from the footprint area to offer a solid grip.
- Improved stability – The new-gen gripping design is another great feature of this mud-terrain tire. It has solid shoulders that increase the contact patch area of the tire and help in improving the grip as well as the bearing capacity of the tire. Moreover, its wider footprint gives additional stability by ensuring that a maximum contact patch is established.
- Tread life warranty assurance – The Tamarock M/T assures peace of mind to the drivers as it comes with a 40,000 miles limited manufacturer tread life warranty.

I have gotten 90000 miles out of these tires with regular 3000 mile tire rotation's. I drive mostly on the fwy but I also drive on muddy uneven and unpaved surfaces. I would definitely buy these tires again!
Little road noise and have good traction on all terrain.
I'm pretty amazed how less often I use 4wd in the grass and on wet surfaces in comparison to the terra grapplers I had previously with less road noise and softer ride.
Do not buy tires from arroyo they steal money on their tires sizes got a set of 35-12:50-22 and they measured 31 3/4 which is close to a 31 inch tire 29.6 and a 33 inch tire is 32,6 and a 35 inch tire should be around 34.6 so you can see how they are ripping people off charging me the price of a 35 inch tire and giving me a 31 inch tire so ripped me off about $600 on 6 tires and that is just one customer imagine how much money they making in one day off of they customers and I will go on every tire sight that sells arroyo tires and warning everybody how they are stealing money from their customers until they start selling tires that are correct sizes that is advertised
This company is robbing people on tires sizes I got a set of 35-12:50-22 tamarocks and measured them and got 31 3/4 that is a small 33 tires which is $80 a tire difference and I got 6 of them so that's about $600 that company robbed one customer just add that up for one day and probably robbed 50 customers a 35 inch tire should be no smaller than 34.6 inches and that's a small 35 most are 35 to 34.7 a 33 inch tire should be 32.6 so telling everyone don't buy from this company the tires are not even close to the sizes they are supposed to be very upset customer
Don't buy the arroyo tires they are selling tires that's two sizes smaller than what they are supposed to be I just got a set of 35-12:50-22 the measurements are 31 3/4 sizes which would be a small 33 inch tire I will not buy another tire from arroyo until they admit they are making tires two sizes smaller to make more money per tire the worst experience I ever had with a company making tires two sizes smaller than what is on the side wall and took 2 hours to put them on and won't balance and to use beads which cost another $70 bucks took a set of 285-55-22 off and lost 2 inches in height what a rip off
This tires are 3 sizes smaller then what you ordered I got a set of 35-12:50-22 and measured them and only 31 3/4 that's small for a 33-12:50-22 tire pretty sad I took 285-55-22 inch tires off and put 35? On and lost 2 inches so I could've bought a set of 33 inch tires and saved $700 dollars for a set of 6 tires when I buy a set of 35 inch tires that is what I inspect to get not a small set of 33 and then add more shame on them it took 2 hours to put them on and they couldn't balance them so they just put beads inside of them so heads up go two sizes bigger than the size you want on these because that's how they are getting big on tires they making them two sizes smaller
They are amazingly quiet. They handle the road well with heavy loads wet or dry. I've only put about 2000 miles on them, but I love them so far. Winter is coming and I pray they do just as well.
